My Actifit Report Card: October 9 2022

I had my longer weekend walk today, so I am happy. Weather was alright, threatening with rain but that was it. It didn't even drizzle. Then Max and I had a walk and run around after. The boys have joined us outdoors as well so that was fun.

I did my usual stretches, a bit of yoga stretches, been out and back, lessons preparation, work, etc.

I have spotted this interesting look of the sky while I was out...
