My Actifit Report Card: September 14 2022

Hello, another good weather today. Happy Max, happy all. The boys were all in good mood today because the three of them have joined us doing outdoor activities when they came back from school. That was great because usually when they come back they will all be in their games except for the youngest.

As usual, apart from my usual walk I also do my daily stretches, a bit of yoga stretches, some chores, lesson preparation, work, and more moving around.
