My Actifit Report Card: May 17 2022

Hello all! I had a good start yesterday, still on medication that is giving me weird feelings. Supposed to help me with my sleeping and the nasty symptom but I don't know why I need to be awake at 2am or 3am. Quite frustrating. But anyway, I did my daily stretches, a bit of yoga stretches, moving around among other things. Done my morning task as well. And I had a pretty good walk with the boys. Nice when they are all out of the house doing activities or even just silly things than being inside in front of their laptops.
