My Actifit Report Card: January 8 2022

Hi everyone! My goal is to be more physically active. And I'm glad that I did it today. I woke up at 5:30AM to exercise. I fixed my son's space. I watered the indoor plants. I cleaned our room. I walked in going to my work place and in going home. I prepared our food for supper and washed the dishes.
