Davido story in one word is inspirational... He may have had what many artists didn't have which is a wealthy family background but no one can argue that he isn't as talented as how wealthy his family is.
His songs are legend, his recent album release was literally everywhere haha... His appearance at the world cup was amazing. He keeps growing bigger because he has the talent and determination... Success is sure for such spirits.

I agree with you that Davido's story serves as an inspiration to many people and although his affluent background played a crucial role in his success, it does not undermine his amazing talent.
I also believe that his songs are evergreen and appeal to a large audience. The success of his new album demonstrates this.
