I'm firmly back in hibernation again. The house I mentioned was a faf, with the neighbours coming out to give the bus loads of explorers a load of shit. We were quiet so they didn't notice us.
You certainly don't want to be harangued by neighbours in these cases. Well done for the ninja eluding skills!!
