My Actifit Report Card: November 3 2023
Hey Actifitters,
Yesterday I got up super late because I had some meetings during the night. So even though Kaia was impatient, our first walk in the yard wasn't before mid-afternoon.
I like this small tree, resisting as much as it can to keep its leaves.
Most of the bigger ones lost theirs already.
Kaia seemed especially active, I guess it means her recovery is going well.
Le Chat on the other hand was recovering from a night with only 15 hours of sleep...
Late afternoon, we finally went for a real walk, starting behind the front yard of course.
But I decided we'd go to the real forest. On the way, we saw our first local. Nice antlers on this one.
The pathway to the forest has been cleaned up. Not sure why they do that, they should just wait until all the leaves are down. But I guess that's my lazy side that's showing.
We went a little further again inside the forest.
On the way out, we met another local, no antler on this one.
It's good to be able to go back to the forest again, Kaia seemed strong and not bothered by her leg. Probably another good sign her recovery is going well.

Thanks! Deer are usually very afraid of people. But a few weeks ago, I did see one that acted a bit aggressive towards me, probably because it was frightened though. I left it alone and went the other way. Yeah, I can see the dangerous city jungle!

Thanks! It is indeed really good. I'm just hoping I am not being too optimistic, and I'm impatient for the confirmation with X rays. I agree, the forest is still very nice, my happy place!
