My Actifit Report Card: November 1 2023

Hey Actifitters,

As expected, when we went in the yard yesterday for our first walk around with Kaia, the little snow from the night before was all almost gone unfortunately.

Just tiny patches to remind us it was there, and that hopefully there will be much more very soon.

Kaia had to make sure though and she checked everywhere!

I didn't mind of course, with the remaining colorful leaves, it's beautiful.

Like I mentioned before, I especially like these tall trees.

And with the sun trying to pierce through the clouds, it was even better.

Kaia seemed to be doing well, I think she's on her way to full recovery.

So as often, we kept going past the front yard first.

And towards the forest behind it.

But it was just the first short walk of the day, the real walk of the day was much later, as the sun was already behind the trees.

I decided we had enough time to try and catch the sunset. So we headed in the golf course direction.

We arrived after the sun had disappeared but the residual colors were great.

We slowly walked back as darkness fell. I think it was a bit too much for Kaia. It almost seemed as she was limping a bit near the end, at the very least she was too tired. I have to be careful and respect her post-surgery instructions for at least another couple of weeks. We'll see how she is tomorrow.
