My Actifit Report Card: October 12 2023

Hey Actifitters,

Except for a run at the end of the day, yesterday was very mellow. That's why I used this typical photo of Le Chat to start my report. Of course, we did have a few walks in the yard with Kaia. Some colors of fall are still there and some new ones are starting to show.

Not sure if it's because of the cooler temperatures, but every time we're outside, Le Chat really wants to hang out with us.

She keeps following Kaia wherever she goes.

Even when I try a solo photoshoot with Kaia, she manages to photobomb it!

Like I said, not much more activity during the day. We went on actual walks with Kaia the previous two days, so I thought it was a good idea for her to rest. We really don't want to overdo it, and we need to take it easy during her recovery. It's only been 3 weeks since her surgery.

But before nightfall, I did go for a run. It was mostly to test myself before the half marathon this Sunday, and it was pretty bad! We'll see how it goes, if I decide to run actually, because I am still not 100% sure.
Because that run was the main activity and as always I didn't carry my phone, my Actifit step count is quite low. So even if I didn't expect to need it so early in the month, I will add a Samsung Health snapshot, to prove I passed the bar #poprzeczka.
