My Actifit Report Card: October 6 2023
Hey Actifitters,
After all the rain the day before, yesterday turned out pretty nice and sunny. The morning was pretty busy with a few meetings, but it left a bit of time for breaks in the yard with Kaia of course.
In the afternoon, in spite of work, I couldn't miss the rugby game, France vs Italy. It was a fairly easy win for France, but a nice game to watch. At half time, we could enjoy more time in the yard.
This time, both Kaia and Le Chat were out there.
To close the day, I went for a run, test out the knee a bit more. Same result, a bit painful, but nothing too bad.
And that was it for the day's activities, just took it easy in the evening.
