My Actifit Report Card: July 6 2023
Hey Actifitters,
Yesterday, because of the lack of time, and the rainy forecast, I wasn't sure we'd have time to go for a walk with Kaia. But once again, the forecast was wrong and the clouds cleared up in the afternoon.
We immediately took the opportunity to go to the forest.
We were a bit short on time, but we still could walk several of the trails in the forest.
The reason I didn't have a lot of time is because we had a concert to go to. When we arrived, they upgraded our lawn GA tickets to pavilion seats. Most likely because of the weather, many people didn't show up. We didn't really care, but that was actually lucky, because a big rain storm started and we were glad to be under the roof covered part in the pavilion!
Even though we arrived before the official time, a first for me, the first band Metric was already playing.
Then Garbage arrived on stage. That Shirley Manson is such a great front woman!
I've never seen the lawn so empty at that venue!
Finally Noel Gallagher and his High Flying Birds started their set under the close supervision of a cardboard Pep Guardiola!
That was a very good concert overall. Very different from my favorite style of course (violent and brutal metal) but I like all kind of musics. Hopefully we can go to many more this Summer.
