Sounds like you have a busy schedule with work and family....
Mostly I have a lot of time at hand, too much, I try to get myself to start taking long walks and then later go to the fitness center, but lately nothing happened..
Its hard to change habits at a late age. I think my mind is still recovering from learning that the earth is flat and all the damage from brainwashing over the years, not to mention that we have to deal with brainwashed people all the time.
The fight is real, but with time we migth success.
Keep the good posts, I love them.
