Proper Social Relationships:

It is important to maintain good relationships with your friends and family. Living with respect, humility, and love leads to perfect peace of mind.

Set aside daily time for relaxation:

Set aside some time in your day for yourself. This time is a means of refreshing your soul.

Regular exercise and exercise:

Exercising daily and taking care of proper diet will give you physical and mental peace.

Meaning and Spirituality:

Regular prayer, meditation, or meditation is also helpful to develop your meaning.

Self-acceptance:

Accepting yourself and knowing your self-worth also helps you find peace.

Remember that everyone's life is different, and everyone's definition of comfort is different. You have to find the self in your life that gives you peace.
