Alien character sketch

The process for this started with laying down a rough shape with a cotton ball and black pastel chalk, I then use a cotton bud to refine the shapes before using Staedtler Mars black pencils. (4B,8B)
To finish the drawing I use a Derwent charcoal pencil, and an eraser for any highlights.

All sketches are done on an A5 drawing pad.

I took the photo's with a Samsung galaxy M31 smart phone, then I crop the images using Sony play memories home
as I have not learned any other software for editing photo's but used it for video for a while.

Did the process pictures go up in order? I'd love to see more of an in-depth process. I'm not much of an artist but I do a fair bit of model making using polymer clay.

I put the finished pic up first then the rest go up in order.
I don't do requests because I like to do a speed sketch each day for practice.
