Perhaps, I think it was a necessary response to a lot of criticism of the mint by the hardcore stackers and collectors. As far as I understand it, the mint should be able to procure PMs at near spot price as by legislation but for some unexplained reason not able to enforce it or the COMEX won't sell?
Fishy smell.
