My Actifit Report Card: December 23 2021

Mrazivý předštědrodenní den.
Vyrazili jsme dopoledne na nákup kvalitní vinné klobásy na zítřejší oběd.
A taky pečiva na svátky.

Nákup proběhl ve stylu "Rychle popadnout chleba a pryč z toho blázince".
Nechápu, jak lidi můžou sníst ty kvanta jídla, co nakupují.

Jídlo by se nemělo vyhazovat...

Odpoledne byla návštěva babiček Terezky.

Po očkování se cítím unaven. Akorát ruka bolí jak čert, jinak to jde. Cca jako u první dávky.
