Three days ago, I received a notification from Miss @purepinay who tagged me in this post of @kiwobloke which is a contest. I saw the contest is easy so I decided to join. Since the main theme is instant noodles, I have to go to the supermarket two days ago to buy one. I know I am a bit late for my entry but I hope I can still make it.

We all know that instant noodles are not healthy foods. However, some people especially students has to live eating instant noodles frequently. That's because they are busy with their studies, and they don't have time to cook foods. Most of those students are staying in boarding house or away from their family. Despite noodles not being healthy, at least add some healthy ingredients to neutralize and add some nutrients on your body.

So I came up with this idea of mine. This is just easy and simple.

I am supposed wto buy Lucky Me and Maggi, however, they often have either chicken and beef flavors. Since I love Nissin, I decided to buy the seafood flavor which is somehow delicious.

I sliced some carrots, which is rich in Vitamin A (or beta carotene, potassium, etc.

IMG_20200201_071228.jpg
I still have cabbage in the fridge, so I decided to add it. Cabbage is a good source of fiber, Vitamin C, B-6, Calcium, etc.

IMG_20200201_071908.jpg
Bring the water to a boil along with the carrots and cabbage. That will allow the vegetables to cook since cooking noodles is easy.

IMG_20200201_072308.jpg
As the water boils, add the noodles and its flavorings, and stir until the noodles is cooked well. Don't overcook.

Boil an egg for toppings.

Now the noodles is served. Add the sliced boiled eggs on top.

This is a good alternative, but always remember that it is better to cook your own food, and not the instant ones.
