Compilation of My Food Recipes (Part 2): Homemade Burger, Egg and Cheese Sandwich, Pineapple and Ham Sandwich
Many of us do love sandwiches. It can either be for breakfast, snacks or even dinner. We used to make one, and here I am sharing my recipes on what I had prepared.
Homemade Burger
Celebrating something and this is one of the dishes we prepared.
Ingredients:
- Buns
- Lettuce
- Cheese slices
- Pineapple slices
- Bacon
- Ground beef (lean)
- Onions
- Garlic
- Flour
- Salt
- Pepper
Procedure
For the patties
- Put the lean ground beef on the bowl.
- Add the chopped onions, garlic, salt and pepper. Mix until they spread out to the beef.
- Add the flour to form the patties.
- Heat the grilling pan.
- Form the patties, and grill.
- Set aside on paper towel.
- Grill the bacon on the grilling pan, and set aside.
- Then put the buns in the grilling pan until it is a bit crunchy.
- Arrange the ingredients in the buns. First, was lettuce, followed by the pattie, pineapple slices, and cheese slices. Then spread some mayo on the other bun slice, and make the sandwich. Serve.
Egg and Cheese Sandwich
Thinking of what to prepare for breakfast, and I came out with egg and cheese sandwich.
Ingredients:
- Bread
- Egg
- Cheese slices
- Salt and pepper
Procedure:
- Scramble the egg with salt and pepper. Set aside.
- Sliced the bread in triangular, as well as the cheese slices.
- Arrange the scrambled egg and cheese slices on the bread.
- Heat it in the oven for two minutes. Serve!
*Trying not to eat rice for the dinner, but we had these sandwich.
Ingredients:
- Bread
- Ham
- Pineapple slices
- Lettuce
- Prepared mustard spread
Procedure:
- Fry the ham.
- Spread out the prepared mustard on the bread.
- Arrange the cheese slices, ham, pineapple slices, and lettuce.
- Serve.
