We Are Alive! December 14th, 2022 More Applesauce!

We opened a few of our bags of apples and cooked them down and milled them into a delicious mush. Then we canned them, filling nine jars.

We thought we could fill at least 11 jars, but only managed to completely fill nine.

Our finished product!

This is the amount of applesauce we get from a bag and a half of apples.
