A good start to the day.

After 11.30am, I went out for a walk around my area. Spent approximately 20 minutes walking. The weather was good.

Throughout the day, added more steps walking indoors, inside the flat and the common balcony.

In the evening after 7.30pm, I again went out for a walk. Spent 10/15 minutes walking in and around my area.

Completing 7000+ steps for the day.
