My Actifit Report Card: December 6 2025

A good start to Saturday.

After 11.30am, I went out to buy bread from the local bakery.

After 12.30pm, I went out for a walk and also book a set of blood test for Monday. The diagnosis center is 20 minutes by walk from my place. Also requested them to send someone home to collect mom’s blood.

After that I walked back home, stopped a few places to buy few things.

During the day, I added steps walking indoors, inside the flat and the common balcony.

Late evening, I went out again for a walk to clear my head. Spent 20 odd minutes walking around my area.

Completing 9000+ steps for the day.
