My Actifit Report Card: November 24 2025

An early start to the day. Weather was good.

In the morning, I had to go to the diagnostic center to book blood test for mom. Requesting them to send someone to my home to take blood samples. The center is 15 minutes by walk.
The tech came and took the blood samples. Once we received the report in the evening, we send it to the doctor. He prescribed the medicine which I purchased from the local medical shop.

Throughout the day, I also added steps walking indoors.

Completing 8000+ steps for the day.
