My Actifit Report Card: October 10 2024

A decent start of the day. Weather has been ok with few short rainy spells.

In the afternoon, went out to the local store to buy few savouries and biscuits. The shop is 15 minutes walk. Good for me, there was no rain.

Over the day, I did a the remaining steps, walking indoors.

In the late evening, I did go out again to buy medicines from the local medical shop as it was urgent. Ideally we send the information via WhatsApp associated with the shop and someone comes and delivers it to our place, which is very convenient,

Completing 7000+ steps for the day.
