My Actifit Report Card: September 21 2024

Early start of the day. Had to take mom to the doctor. For that I had to go first to take a number (first in, first served). The doctor’s dispensary is 15 minutes by walk. I got number 6.
Walked back home to get mom. Brought mom to the dispensary by taxi.
After completing the check, took a cab back home
Doing this, I already crossed 5000 steps.

Later i added 3000+ more steps walking indoors while listening to music or podcasts.

Completing 8000+ steps for the day.
