My Actifit Report Card: May 22 2024

A decent start of the day. Weather was cloudy, rainy and drizzly all day, except once after 7.30pm the sun came out for brief moment

In the morning, I went to high street to buy few groceries and also do my actifit steps. Spent 35/40 minutes walking in and around high street and then walked back home.

Later added few more steps walking indoors.

Completing 5000+ steps for the day.
