My Actifit Report Card: July 6 2023

A good day at work. Weather was nice and sunny.

In the evening after work, I went out to do my shopping and actifit steps. Spent 34/40 minutes walking in and around high street and then walked back home.

Later added more steps walking indoors while listening to music.

Completing 6500+ steps for the day.
