Always think about risk management when investing
I was reading a story shared by someone concerning how his friend lost more than 70% of his investments while trading futures , and I was like wondering how did that happen ?? Well after several questioning I discovered that he was not using stop loss when he was trading futures..
Why trade without using stop loss or any other form of risk management !!!..
This shows that there are still some traders who underestimate the importance of risk management when trading on the crypto market..
Infact the most important strategy to use when trading is to first of all have a good risk management in place so that you will not lose all your investments to the market , the market can be unpredictable and any little poor risk management can cause chaos for your investment so always make sure you first of all focus on how to manage risks when trading on the crypto market...
As for me I do not use more than 3% of my capital whenever I want to trade futures , so even if the market goes against me I will only loose maximum of 3% of my capital...and this also create room for me to be able to easily recover my loss whenever the market favours me..
Risk management is very important in trading. Market often turn against traders due to circumstances beyond their control. Which is why they should employ certain risk management strategy no matter what.
Risk management will help the trader to be able to manage their investments wisely..
