Working with X previously Twitter

I created my Twitter account in December 2009, a really long time ago, but never really used Twitter until a few months ago, when I found out it was a good place to update myself on any type of news. Of course, you have to take into account that much of what is posted on Twitter is more opinion than news, so you have to be kind of careful with what you take as truth in this system.

Eventually you move on to other stuff and I am right now in the crypto airdrop stage, you won't believe how many airdrops are active. I even have an anecdote about this, a few weeks back a random Twitter user DM'd me telling me to buy a certain token which was about to make its debut. I neither had the will or the money to buy into this so I paid no mind to this hint. Fast forward about ten days, and this partiucular token had an airdrop which gave recipients at least $19,000.00 in tokens.

Of course I did not feel too good about this, I mean I could really use that type of money. On the other hand, i really have no idea of what to do with airdropped tokens, how do I sell them? Well I have no idea. But as we are talking about Twitter I will tell you one thing, going after airdrops (to no avail, my receipts are 0) has helped me out in one aspect. As you can see I now have over 500 followers, a big deal for someone who barely Tweets.

I was a member for 14 years, and in all that time I got about 30 followers, now thanks to airdrop activity I multiplied that number many times over. So is Twitter any good? I think it is, I have started interacting with a lot of people and am having a good time there. In fact the one thing that is worrying me is that I am spending too much time on the platform.
