My Actifit Report Card: July 24 2023

Well at least I walked over one thousand steps today and I didn't even leave the house today. Temperatures are down around here for now, just in the low nineties, so it is ok.

Still even though it does rain things don't get as stuffy as down in the tropics, it is, I think, a different kind of heat like drier. Maybe it is more dangerous, anyway I am knd of used to heat so no problem. Now cold, that I am afraid of
