Begging in Ghana is a big job. They often earn more than workers on minimum wage. It is alleged that some have commercial cars working for all funded with money earned from begging. This is a footbridge and they've occupied a section of it. Sometimes they demand for money instead of asking, with some holding firmly into your cloth until you give them some money.
