A lot of traders displaying their wares on the streets of Madina. Where they are situated is a place reserved for grass and plants after the road was constructed but they have taken over. The District Assembly is aware but does nothing about it. They send out agents to collect tolls from the agents. Refusal to pay those fees mean your goods will be seized.
