Hello Rainy Days 🌧️
As the title of the post says, today was a rainy day but I got lucky as it was not so bad before noon. So I went for a quick walk and got away with light rain.
For the past few days I've been training myself by sitting on the fitness ball every day. Now I can sit for two hours continuously and watch my posture. I feel my muscles afterwards but I also believe it helps. It's too early obviously but I'm not giving up. It strengthens my core muscles, which is important.
