Super Busy!..........My Actifit Report Card: December 16 2022
Hey everybody and thanks 🙏 for stopping by today! 😁😁🎄🎄😁😁
I had work today which was poised to be super busy! However, first things first! I had Yana’s Christmas present 🎁 all ready but felt like it needed one more thing. So, on the way to work this morning, I stopped at my local grocery store 🏬 and picked up a beautiful red poinsettia! If you looked under the bigger blooms, there were quite a few smaller ones as well on this plant. The first pic of this post is of looking down at the top, and this one shows the overall plant.

We had the entire day booked except for 15 minutes, whereas we all took a collective breath! Actually, I don’t think any of us were breathing, at least the doc nor myself. It was a totally crazy 😜 day! I did fairly well in getting the orders done with only a couple left for next week. At the end, I was pitted against the clock to make it to the post office 🏤 to get the glasses orders mailed to the lab on Spokane. I made it! 😎👍😅
Then I headed for home. 🏡 You get to a point with a day like this, that it’s hard to get off the hamster wheel of stress once the day is over! Cyle lent me some ‘kitty de-stressing’ 🐈⬛ and I felt much better! Even the headache I’d been nursing all day backed off some.
A couple of folks were wondering where is Cot? Well, tonight, he’s in front of the fire 🔥 enjoying a good wood 🪵 stove fire!🔥
Can you tell he was actually posing for a photo shoot? He’s such a ham! 😻

That’s gonna be it for now. We are in the ‘homestretch’ of Christmas. We’ve just about got it done. I am needing suggestion for our two sons. I’ve not a clue what to get them. I want something unusual but not too costly. I’m open to suggestions 😎👍

Thank you on all counts sis! My back is about where it was when I threw it out the 2nd time last week. If I can progress beyond this point without any mishaps, I might just be more mobile and flexible! I do this (unfortunately) about once every 3-4 months, but I've never had it happen twice within a weeks time!

I get why my work gets crazy.......people suddenly realize they have insurance benefits and if they don't use them, they lose them! We are packed as solidly as possible with appointments this week even to beginning the ay 30 minutes earlier than usual on both days the doc is there! Friday, we are shutting down early so that I and Mike can get a 'daylight' start to our journey down to North Bend. My boss was super about allowing me to do that!
Then next week, when the people REALLY realize the year is running out.....they'll be even more in a panic! We are completely booked out on those days as well, so it is going to be interesting!
