My Actifit Report Card: March 8 2022🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦

Today’s weather was a bit of a nice surprise! They had said it would be cloudy ☁️ and overcast, but instead, we had brilliant sunshine!🌞 What a glorious day! 🤩🤩

I needed to roast a couple of pounds of decaf coffee ☕️, so that was the start of the morning. While it was roasting, I hung a bed 🛏 sheet out on the clothesline since it was such a pretty day. After the coffee ☕️ was done, there was a bit of crypto stuff to do. That finished sooner than anticipated, so I then started removing all the canned goods from a built in cabinet to a shelf in the mud room. The cabinet is slated for demolition. While working on moving the canned goods, I was also checking expiration dates and examining those that were expired, for any compromise in the can’s integrity, before deciding to keep or throw away. I keep the expired ones and when using them, check for can compromise, bad smell, whether anything out of the ordinary is on top when opened and then if all is well, taste. Most foods are good beyond expiration dates, but it has to pass all of my checklist. If not, then we throw it out.

Anyway, I didn’t get it done as it was time to hike! Jan came with. Here’s some eye 👁 candy 🍭 for your viewing pleasure.

Tomorrow brings the workweek and I’m aware that it’s a booked day as we have one appointment before we actually open. 😏
