My Actifit Report Card: January 18 2023

Hello everyone!

Yesterday, I went to the city and paid the tax of another property of my family. But before heading to the city hall, I went to a mall first and had an early lunch. It's my first time to eat alone again. I had a phagophobia the past weeks after a choking/aspiration incident. But I'm still selective in what I eat. I avoid foods that can get stuck in the throat. Anyway, I stayed in the city for only a few hours. I didn't go home right away. I tried to look for a small table in our town. Then, I went to my sister-in-law's clinic and hung out there for about 3 hours.
