My Actifit Report Card: January 8 2023

Hello everyone!

I felt better yesterday. I started my day with stretching and exercise. Avoiding triggers also helped. I filled my mind with positive thoughts.

After attending our meetings, I finally started my driving lesson. I asked my brother to teach me and he agreed. We went to the sports facility. People who want to learn how to drive often practice there. I was very excited at the same time nervy because it's my first time to hold and control a real car. I realized that driving is not easy. I hope I won't forget the things my brother taught me. I don't know when I will be able to practice again.
