My Actifit Report Card: January 5 2023

Hello everyone!

It's been a while. I was not able to submit a report for few days because I was unwell. My anxiety is always hunting me these past days. Yesterday, I joined the field service. I was okay but not totally. Then in the afternoon, I accompanied someone and we went to our students. While listening to conversations, particularly their bad experiences during the pandemic, I was too overwrought. I can't control my emotions. However, I tried my best to hide it so that the discussions won't be interrupted. And I'm glad that no moment is ruined.
