My Actifit Report Card: May 15 2022
Hello everyone!
So I woke up with a clogged nose. This is not good. It's hard to breathe. In spite of this difficulty, I need to continue wearing a mask, even when I sleep. Me and my husband are sleeping in one room and we don't have our own toilet and bathroom. Sharing is not caring at all when you are sick. I don’t wanna drag him or my housemates. As much as possible, I should station myself in our room. But I helped in preparing the meals. I washed my hands frequently. When I need to go out or use the bathroom, I always sanitize everything that I touch or have direct contact with. Even when I'm alone, I cover my nose and mouth everytime I speak, cough, sneeze. I might transmit the virus through the surfaces. In short, I acted like a surgeon to prevent spreading the disease, even though the result of my antigen test is negative.
So this afternoon, I was left alone. I attended our meeting virtually. Then, it rained. It halted our plan to go to the beach. I thought it would flood. I kept myself calm because nothing good will happen when you worry and overly anxious. I acted quickly and checked some stuff that might get wet. Thankfully, my brother-in-law came and fetched them. And the rain stopped.

5 years this has been happening to me, it started here, around people that are still here. Homeland security has done nothing at all, they are not here to protect us. Dont we pay them to stop shit like this? The NSA, CIA, FBI, Police and our Government has done nothing. Just like they did with the Havana Syndrome, nothing. Patriot Act my ass. The American government is completely incompetent. The NSA should be taken over by the military and contained Immediately for investigation.
