My Actifit Report Card: January 13 2022
Happy Thursday everyone!
When I woke up this morning, my joints and muscles were aching especially my left deltoid. I anticipated this because of the booster shot. I'm glad that I didn't experience chills or fever. I monitored my temperature. So this morning til afternoon, I took bed rest but with the privilege of going to the bathroom and around the house. It's not good to stay in bed the whole day.
This afternoon, I also walked around the front yard, under the shade of this bougainvillea tree.
At supper, I was able to prepare the food on table.
