My Actifit Report Card: May 3 2023
I took another half day today and helped out at my church in the morning. It wasn't quite as much physical activity as yesterday because we finished all the demo work of the construction project yesterday. But it was still fun, I got to do some electrical work. It's not my profession but it's something I enjoy doing.
After I got to work I was catching up on some emails and did have an opportunity to take a little bit of a walk during a break. It was nice, the sun was out and it was warm which is very different from how it's been several days prior with lots of rain.
Other activities, I also got to mow my front lawn. It's not a big lawn, but does get me some extra steps in. Overall it was a really great day. And I definitely got some good step counts.
People seem to like pictures of my dog. So let me introduce you to my kitty, this is Cheeto. Hanging out by the window because he wants to go outside. Sorry buddy you're an indoor kitty.
