Simple Morning, Big Energy / My Actifit Report Card: March 23 2026

I started the day the usual way taking Wiktor to kindergarten. A bit sleepy, a bit grumpy, but as soon as we got there, suddenly he had all the energy in the world to play.

Then a quick change of plans and a trip to the garden with Alex and Wiktor. The weather was great, so staying still wasn’t an option. We spent most of the time on the trampoline jumping, messing around, and attempting “acrobatics” that ended in bursts of laughter.

It’s nice to slow down sometimes and just be together. No rush, no strict plans just movement, fresh air, and kids’ pure joy.

Dzień zacząłem klasycznie od porannego odprowadzenia Wiktora do przedszkola. Trochę zaspany, trochę marudny, ale jak już dotarliśmy na miejsce, to oczywiście nagle znalazła się energia do zabawy.

Potem szybka zmiana planu dnia i wypad z Alexem i Wiktorkiem na działkę. Pogoda dopisała, więc nie było mowy o siedzeniu w miejscu. Najwięcej czasu spędziliśmy na trampolinie skakanie, wygłupy i próby „akrobacji”, które kończyły się salwami śmiechu.

Fajnie czasem zwolnić i po prostu pobyć razem. Bez pośpiechu, bez planu tylko ruch, świeże powietrze i dziecięca radość.
