Meaningful days. / My Actifit Report: #21 Jan/21/26

TRX training really hit hard my muscles definitely felt alive.

On top of that, the usual walk, because movement doesn’t have to be spectacular to matter.

Somewhere in between, I finally managed to finish the Silent Mary ship almost a meter long!

It took quite some time to build, but the satisfaction was huge. Sometimes patience is a workout too.

A big moment of parental pride today:

Oskar absolutely nailed his Business and Management exam – a top grade (6)!

Moments like this remind me that all the daily chaos, support, and simply being there truly pay off.

Most of the day was spent with the kids laughter, conversations, just being together.

Only in the evening did we finally find some time for the two of us.

Calm.
Needed.
Ours.

It wasn’t a perfect day.

But it was full.

Movement, closeness, pride, satisfaction.

And these are the days that build real strength not just physical.

Dziś był dzień z tych konkretnych.

TRX dał w kość – mięśnie poczuły, że żyję.

Do tego tradycyjny spacer, bo ruch nie zawsze musi być spektakularny, żeby był ważny.

Między jednym a drugim udało się skończyć statek Silent Mary prawie metr długości!

Składanie trochę trwało, ale satysfakcja ogromna.

Czasem cierpliwość też jest treningiem.

Ogromna duma rodzicielska:

Oskar rozwalił egzamin z biznesu i zarządzania – 6!

Takie momenty pokazują, że codzienny chaos, wsparcie i bycie obok naprawdę mają sens.

Większość dnia spędzona z dzieciakami śmiech, rozmowy, zwykła obecność.

Dopiero wieczór przyniósł chwilę we dwoje. Spokojną. Potrzebną. Naszą.

To nie był idealny dzień.

Ale był pełny.

Ruch, bliskość, duma, satysfakcja.
I właśnie takie dni budują formę nie tylko fizyczną.
