A lazy day…/ My Actifit Report: #16 Jan/16/26

But still moving

For the first time since last week, I managed to sleep until 8:00 AM. Luxury, level: hard.

My wife surprised me in the best way possible she turned off my alarm before it even had a chance to ring and took the kids to school herself. It’s the little things that make a big difference.

I started the morning calmly with a short walk, no pressure more for my head than for the numbers.

After lunch, though… yesterday’s workout kicked in.

I started feeling my abs muscles I didn’t even know I had.

In the afternoon, there was some laughter and fun, followed by a short walk with the boys and Roni.

In the evening, I added a bit of light activity just to keep things moving, no pushing, more of a “move a little and your body will thank you” kind of vibe.

A day without pressure, without watching the clock, but still staying active.

Sometimes days like this are the most regenerating ones.

Dzień lenia… ale z ruchem w tle.

Pierwszy raz od zeszłego tygodnia mogłem pospać aż do 8:00. Luksus level hard.

Żonka zrobiła mi genialną niespodziankę wyłączyła budzik, zanim zdążył zadzwonić, i sama ogarnęła poranny odjazd dzieci do szkoły. Takie małe rzeczy robią wielką różnicę.

Poranek zacząłem spokojnie – krótki spacer, bez spiny, bardziej dla głowy niż dla liczb.

Po obiedzie za to… odezwał się wczorajszy trening.

Mięśnie brzucha, o których istnieniu nie miałem pojęcia, postanowiły dać znać, że jednak są i mają coś do powiedzenia.

Po południu trochę śmiechu, luzu i zabawy, potem krótki spacer z chłopakami i Ronim.

Wieczorem dorzuciłem jeszcze drobną aktywność – tak na podtrzymanie, bez katowania się, bardziej w ramach „rusz się, bo ciało podziękuje”.

Dzień bez presji, bez zegarka w ręku, ale nadal w ruchu.

Czasem właśnie takie dni są najbardziej regenerujące.
