Constant motion / My Actifit Report: #15 Jan/15/26

Today was a day in constant motion, but exactly the kind I like.

From the very morning, I was rushing between different places fast pace, things to take care of, and the steps were adding up on their own.

Then a walk to catch my breath and slow down for a moment.

That short rest was well deserved, because soon after… another round of running around.

In the afternoon, there was time with the kids a bit of play, laughter, and that special energy that can be more exhausting than a workout.

Dinner followed, and then a moment of pure laziness with Good Doctor a much-needed reset for the mind.
In the evening, it was workout time. Training under the watchful eye of my personal trainer my wife.

First, a core workout (it burned just right), and then an hour of cardio on the treadmill solid, steady, step by step toward the goal.

There was time for life, time for rest, and time just for myself today.
The perfect balance I want to repeat more often.

Dziś dzień w trybie ciągłego ruchu, ale dokładnie takiego, jaki lubię.

Od rana rajd po placówkach szybkie tempo, zadania do ogarnięcia, kilometry same się robiły.

Potem spacer, żeby złapać oddech i na chwilę zwolnić.

Chwila odpoczynku była absolutnie zasłużona, bo zaraz… kolejny rajd po placówkach.

Po południu czas z dziećmi trochę zabawy, śmiechu i tej energii, która potrafi zmęczyć bardziej niż niejeden trening.

Obiad, a po nim moment totalnego lenistwa przy Good Doctor reset dla głowy musiał być.
Wieczorem wszedł tryb sportowy. Trening pod czujnym okiem mojego osobistego trenera personalnego, czyli żonki.

Najpierw brzuch (paliło jak trzeba), a potem godzina kardio na bieżni solidnie, bez kombinowania, krok po kroku do celu.

Był dziś czas na życie, był czas na odpoczynek i był też czas tylko dla siebie. Idealny balans, który chcę powtarzać częściej.
