So the black plastic cases you said were possibly to stop your computer from looking unsightly look very much like memory packaging, although the recessed square is strange? The case is usually flat, with some retaining lugs on each end.

Part of the building was definitely given over to food manufacturing. Some of the equipment there is for squirting gunk into trays/containers, and there's an image of a giant extractor in the middle of the room (The aluminium shield hanging from the ceiling). I suspect there were cookers underneath that at one time.

I wish you'd have looked inside one or two of those DPD bags because I bet they're items returned under RMA and if they are, then that's what happened to a lot of disappointed customers returns. 🙁
