My Actifit Report Card: November 7 2022 - I Am Alive Challenge - IAAC #197
A dear greeting to all lovers of physical activities that populate the mythical community of Actifit.
My laments for a little rain brought a new sunny day shining in the city sky. Vesuvius has been illuminated again by conspicuous sun rays throughout the day.
This morning I went to Naples at the ticket office of the central station and since I was quick I also went to the ASL of my neighborhood. In both cases I have seen a considerable difficulty in modernizing technology for services and public administration.
Unfortunately I couldn’t do what I needed here and I will have to come back soon but, in the end, I arrived on foot and did a lot of physical activity.
Back home I started to study for the second test of the public competition at the city of Naples. In fact, on Saturday, I consulted the rankings and I could see that I passed the first pre-selective test. The alive mentality with which I faced the first test was fundamentally successful.
In the evening, I went down to shop at the supermarket with my overalls and before I did the shopping I did 10 minutes running. In the end I celebrated my iamalivechallenge 197 noting that there are 3 stages to reach the second silver milestone.
Finally I would like to thank all my friends from the tribe of Alive and all the new friends who happened between the lines of my stories for reading my thoughts and see you at the next actifit report.
