My Actifit Report Card: November 5 2022 - We are alive challenge in the storm - IAAC #195
A dear greeting to all lovers of physical activities that populate the mythical community of Actifit.
Today, the sky presented itself with some cozy shades of gray. And remained unchanged for the next 15 hours. In fact, now that I’m writing it’s 11:00 and it’s still raining with monsoon rainfall.
At this point I dedicated myself to the kitchen and since you could not get out of the house to do exercise I thought I would do the cleaning of the house.
In the evening a friend of mine picked me up by car and we went to Naples despite the rain. Just the time to take a coffee from Cimmino, known bar in Naples with various locations, and we returned home.
The city was desert and even the restaurants were empty like never before. Perhaps it will be for significantly lower temperatures than throughout the week. Even with rain the locals are usually full.
Despite the Atlantic cyclone still #alive here I am with you to celebrate my #iamalivechallenge 195. As you can see as soon as the temperature drops, we Neapolitans immediately put on the coat. Well, we’ve also gone from 25 to 10 degrees in 24 hours.
Finally I would like to thank all my friends from the tribe of Alive and all the new friends who happened between the lines of my stories for reading my thoughts and see you at the next actifit report.
