My Actifit Report Card: November 4 2022- We are alive challenge in the storm - IAAC #194

A dear greeting to all lovers of physical activities that populate the mythical community of Actifit.

This morning I woke up very early and today I had breakfast with Larry. I knew an Atlantic storm was coming, and this morning the sky was not promising anything good. The Civil Protection gave a weather warning for today and after a short time began storms.


The sea temperatures are very high for the period and this means that there is an impressive energy accumulation due to the bad weather. Contrasts between the cold air coming from the north pole and the heat of the lower layers of the atmosphere create very dangerous storms.


Several areas of my region are flooded but there is no significant damage I can only stay at home. Only in the late afternoon I can do the shopping because of less intense rains.


After a short evening break after 22 it started raining again but even today I celebrate my #iamalivechallenge 194 and even at rest I am happy to be #alive.


Finally I would like to thank all my friends from the tribe of Alive and all the new friends who happened between the lines of my stories for reading my thoughts and see you at the next actifit report.
