My Actifit Report Card: July 18 2022 - I Am Alive Challenge - IAAC #88

A dear greeting to all lovers of physical activities that populate the mythical community of Actifit.

The heat wave already gets to the heart of the matter in the early hours of the morning. In fact, when I tried to develop the current of air, which refreshes the house every morning, I realized that this attempt was useless as a warm wet wind rose from the sea, immediately overheating my apartment.

That didn’t stop me from taking my shoes and shirt and going for a jog in the early afternoon.

When I arrived at the municipal park I noticed that a cold front was forming in the Apennines that could have encroached on the coast with rain and afternoon storm.

I moved up my race because tonight I have a condominium meeting that promises to be very long and heated. We have the opportunity to take advantage of an incentive for the renovation of the building but the old condominiums do not understand that now to start the work otherwise this opportunity will not return.

Although today is one of the hottest days of the year I’m always here to keep in shape. Our physicists can endure efforts that we don’t really imagine and it won’t be a little hot to stop my #iamalivechallenge. I leave you a greeting to all of you who are always #alive and thriving.
