It's been a chaotic month of changing jobs and my birthday and just a bunch of little things at once.

But there's been some good things that have happened and I am like, really happy about some of these things.

I'm seeing my son a lot more and it's just amazing.

My birthday was incredibly uneventful and I'm ok with that. I did get an EPIC new Titans hoodie from my AMAZING grandparents. I'm so lucky I've got them.

I can never have enough Titans merch yo!!!

I spent the past week or so seriously cleaning my house. I've been here for close to a year now (WOW!) and my house has been seriously cluttered unfortunately. But I recently bought a relatively cheap but decent shelving unit and a BOOKCASE!! These books really really take up a lot of space at times. Getting this bookshelf built and books stored on it has not only saved a very significant amount of space, but I feel at home more here now. I already have my OG bookshelf that I've had since I was like a SUPER young child. That thing is a beast man.

Sadly I'm missing some key books here and there but I did overall salvage MANY of my books. It is what it is. I can repurchase them in the future. I've lost a lot more than some books over the years LOL.

Bookshelf number two.

Both of these pics taken in the glow of my new lamp. It's a small lamp that makes my living room a lot more comfortable. I've been using these nasty overhead white light the whole time I've lived here I've HATED it. Feels like I'm at school or an office or a hospital. All usually horrible places. The warm yellow light really quite surprisingly positively changed my mood.

A lamp and a bookshelf. I'm HYPED about it.

Also, I recently purchased every single Harry Potter DVD from Walmart. Over the years I've definitely lost several of these movies. I just needed to do this LOL.

Birthday present for myself, ya know?

I've recently bought a lot of needs and a few important wants. But I've been smart with my money overall in my humble opinion.

I've not been as active blogging lately and the sports world has been BUZZING. But these recent tiny baby step developments make me much more confident and happy to keep blazing forward.

For right now, it's time to make some spaghetti.

Later, I will DESTROY these chips. I HIGHLY recommend these. Mr. Tatum of the Boston Celtics knows how to make a good chip, I guess LOL.

Just staying focused. Doing everything to be a good example for this little guy!
